Registration Information

This year's annual convention will take place June 14-16, 2024, in Fort Worth at UNTHSC-TCOM. In addition, physicians can choose to attend virtually. Full registration for ALL participants, regardless of registration type includes on-demand access to the session recordings for 30 days following the convention.

In-Person Registration includes:

Virtual Registration includes:

  • Virtual participation opportunities for all live stream educational sessions 
  • On-demand access to educational sessions through July 28, 2024.* 
  • Opportunity to earn CME credit hours, including ethics, human trafficking and opioid credits 

*No extensions beyond that date will be granted.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by May 29 will be accepted. A $75 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Confirmed registrations who do not attend the convention or who cancel after May 29 are responsible for the entire registration fee. Please send written cancellation notifications to [email protected]. 

In-person registrations may be converted to virtual, however written notification must be received by May 29.

Important Lodging Announcement: This year we will not be partnering with a hotel for a convention room block. Instead, we are providing a list of suggested hotels in the area for you to make your reservation. Explore the suggested options here.
